We have been loyal, loyal costumers since the day this store opened. We have gone in twice in the last week and been very disappointed. Half the machines are out of order or empty. All of the excitement the employees had when the store first opened, has disappeared. Also, they have the email sign up, but I have never once received anything...

When this store first opened I enjoyed taking my family and friends into this yogurt shop. It seemed organized and neat. The last few times I went into the store I was literally disgusted. My fruit had white mold on it. There was no other fruit but the moldy blueberries that i got. . . It was a complete mess and only half of the yogurt machines were running. My "organic" labeled yogurt was for sure not organic. . . False advertisement and extremely poor management seems to be this stores downfall. I would be surprised if this branch continued to stay in business for more than another year, and if it does i am sure no profit will be made.... Try to run the future branches with experienced employees and this franchise might flourish. Sorry for the negative review this store has just gone downhill I am sure the sales speak for itself. . .

We went in last Saturday and they were out of bananas. Ask the yogurt girl if they have any more and were told the manager had not gone shopping. We made the same mistake of going in the following day and encountered the same problem only now whipped cream was added to the manager's shopping list. We tried Aspen Leaf again tonight and once again, out of three favors of yogurt and whipped cream. All I can say is, anticipate your needs and GO SHOPPING!!!!!!

I took my wife there for our anniversary and it was really great! The Pumpkin Cheesecake was terrific tasting. The store was clean and the experience was memorable. I'll be back!

We love Apen Leaf it is my 2 year olds favorite treat. They have a great selection of flavors and topping and the staff isvery friendly and helpful.

Outstanding, however; I would like to suggest that you can add a couple of items to our toppings... Like whipped cream and small angel food squares!
