WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
I THINK YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD DO A RANDOM WALK OF THE SHOWS. I WATCHED SNITCHED YESTERDAY AT 2. AND WE HAD 2 KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE AISLE AND NOT TO MENTION THE PEOPLE TALKING ALL THRU OUT THE SHOW. WORST!!!

grand pass time
I asked the owners about their popcorn and where they get it from, I guess it's like some high-grade popcorn that is only the best. I know its' spendy but it's so worth it and part of the experience. I saw Unknown just this week, STELLAR. It's like Taken meets the Bourne series.

Movies are good times!
Theaters are never the cleanest places in the world but the stadium like seating and the plush chairs make movie watching and enjoy able experiences. There is a wonderful selection of goodies in the concession stand but of course they are way over priced. Still I think paying too much for snacks just adds to the experience. The movie selection is always great. They make sure they have the hottest movies of the year and there is a great balance of movies adults will enjoy and movies for children. All in the the theaters are great for anyone who wants to see a good movie!

Usually a good theater going experience
I try to hit every show I can at the mall. Much cleaner and I like the seating better than the allen 8. Other than that its your pretty typical movie theater. The candy and popcorn are ludicrously overpriced. The tickets are expensive (I always try to go to the matinee showings, cheaper and almost always less crowded). And yes the floors are gonna be sticky every now and then. Went to one of the biggest IMax theaters in the country and guess what? sticky floor. Its just part of going to the movies.

Who doesn't love a sticky floor?
I love going to movies! I love the popcorn, the coke, and getting sour punch straws. Plus, walking on a sticky floor is all part of the fun movie experience right? Our new Allen 10 theaters is generally clean, and makes the movie experience even better.

I never liked this place
I knew a lot of people that use to work here and once you have been here and you know the workers and the owners you can see this is not a great place to go. Yeah its awesome to kill time by watching a good movie and this is the only place to do that but other then that I woulcnt spend any money here. Its gross here and the place is always a mess from people. I just dont enjoy this business and I bet there are others that agress.

Not really a fun experience
So I went to watch a movie here with my wife and I really enjoy myself. The place was trashy and the staff was rude. The movie kept screwing up and there was gum on my seat so when I went to sit down I got stuck to the seat. The movie screen had soda all over it and the bathrooms were gross and trashy. I dont think I would ever come back here to wattch the a movie and I didnt enjoy the way the staff works. Horrible movie theaters.

Pretty Entertaining
I love going to the movies and I used to not care which theater the movie was at but, after having a baby that kind of changed. I definitely think the mall movie theater is a lot cleaner than the other theater. Also, my overall experience always seems to be nicer at the mall movie theater. Everything there is just a lot nicer and cleaner it seems. I really will only go to the other theater if I have to and even then, I always make sure to have some wipes and hand sanitizer handy. Also, both of the theaters can get really crowded so, I think it is best to wait until a week day to see your movie or to wait until the movie you want to see has been out in theaters for awhile. If you do that, then your experience should definitely improve.
