Get A Better Nights Sleep Tonight!
When it is difficult to get a good nights rest try:
1. Eating half an apple with a spoonful of peanut butter or a slice of cheese.
2. A slice of protein, meat, fish or egg.
3. Be sure to not have alcohol at least 3-4 hours before going to bed.
Switch it up!
This is my favorite way to keep physical balance when you sleep next to someone. It is great for blood circulation and the mind, because it switches your patterns.
1. Every time you change the sheets, switch to the other side of the bed from were you were sleeping last. It might be a few steps further away from the bathroom during the middle of the night, but you get use to it immediately.
2. Then next time switch back.
