Tyler, from Ultrasteam, did a great job cleaning our carpet and was very friendly. We also received informative carpet care literature, a bottle of eco-friendly stain/spot remover, and a follow-up phone call the next day. Ultrasteam might be a bit more expensive than others, but the quality of the cleaning and great customer service is well worth it.

Ultrasteam To The Rescue - Regretfully had a water incident on one of our jobs this weekend but Ultrasteam, Richard, saved the day. Richard has been working with our client and us since Sunday to mediate the damages. Thankfully we knew to call Ultrasteam and had the enough business knowledge to of purchased liability insurance.
