Flawless Experience

This home is well priced
One of the best floor plans that Tierra has had in the Parade. The lower kitchen island is perfect and inviting. I like the upgrades. I like the living room looking off into the back yard. The colors as always are great. This is in town living at a perfect price point. Well done Tierra.

Buiders Owned by the Tribe with Very Experienced Employees
I'm am so impressed with the building company. I recently took a tour of their products from Three Springs to Edgemont, the Skyline, to West Durango and quite frankly didn't see anything I did not like. Prices, well like many houses and builders, it's going to cost you though they will work with your budget. Also, you can be sure that if something goes wrong with your home they will help correct whatever it is because they are owned by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and are not going anywhere therefore they must back up their product.
