I had friends in town Hunting, thought we would try something new and different. The food was great and the amosphere really worked. A knowlegable and friendly staff that helped us in this new adventure. We all enjoyed ourselves and we will be back. Tom

Great food! I come from the midwest and this was my first suhi experience-in SW Colorado of all places! I live nearby and love to meet my friends here often. Pros: Something for everybody. Coming from the midwest, I was terrified to eat raw fish. Rolls that include chicken and what my friends back home call 'real meat' were a good intro for me. After gathering my courage, I was able to try a real roll, and I'm glad I did! I am also glad that they have the rice bowls and dinner entres for when my midwest friends visit. Cons: The ONLY con I have has to do with the drink menu. I wish there was a greater variety of 'adult' drinks advertised. Otherwise, keep up the good work guys!
