Horrible experience from beginning to end. Had to call them on the phone to get a salesman to come out. Sent someone who reeked of alcohol. Sold us a vehicle promising 27 mph, which was far from the truth. Seems they say whatever it takes to make the sale. Then afterwards all of their "friendly" vanishes. One salesman complained we "wasted his time" trying to get into a vehicle we didn't qualify for. Complaining to the owner will do no good either. Doesn't seem like anyone there cares.

I read all these great reviews about the service dept. and think I must have bad luck. My daughter scheduled an appointment to have her oil changed and it took two hours while she waited in the lobby. She even checked several times and all she was told is that it wouldn't be much longer. Scheduled another appointment to change timing belt...I think I will stop there. Not at all happy with the service and especially they lack of communication.

I accidentally ended up at New Country and they got me in right away, the price was 1/2 what I expected AND they shuttled me around while I was car-less! A pleasant experience! Maria (?), the driver, was very pleasant and fun to chat with.

The service department is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and my car is always ready when they say it will be. The service manager Bob is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This was the best service I've ever had at an auto dealership. Took me right in and started on the repairs. Provided me with a shuttle service to take me to my other vehicle. Phoned me at home when the repairs were finished. I will keep on buying Ford products with service like this to look forward to.

Recently purchased a new Sorento KIA from New Country and I love it! Am constantly getting compliments on it. Also, super pleased with the friendly, helpful staff at New Country. They gave me an excellent trade-in value and were very patient and helpful as I chose the perfect car for me.

Since moving to Durango 10 years ago, I have been doing business with New Country Auto Center, and I have always had nothing but great customer service from everyone on the Sales side back to the Service department!

Lu is a credit to customer service in Durango - she's always cheerful and friendly no matter how busy. But the failing fuel pump should have been under warranty, and was denied due to "fuel contamination". I followed up with Ford Motor Company who agreed to consider the situation and told me that I'd receive a follow-up from New Country but I never did. On the sales side, they lost a sale to me by "taking my paperwork to the manager's office"...for an hour.

Had heard bad things about New Country but still wanted to buy local, so I gave them a chance. My car buying experience was a positive one! I went back about 5 or six times, I am sure that I was very annoying to the sales guy I worked with, but all the time he was pleasant and professional to work with. I did finally buy a car from them a new Ford Fusion and I have been happy with my purchase ever since.
