The landlords are rude and will screw you over once you are done renting there. I rented for a year here and while they look pretty nice, they're not worth the 1500/month rent. We had a few minor repairs needed for the town home and were charged like we threw parties in there daily (we did not). They took the entire deposit for basically two things that needed to be fixed. We asked for a repair of a few things and the landlords were rude and were not the least bit helpful. There are much cheaper, friendlier and less patronizing renters to go through.
