Katie Ogier has been our agent for two real estate transactions since 2000. She was always patient with us, taking the time to show us a variety of houses that fit within our parameters. Katie was very helpful and very up front with us.
Katie was very helpful and very up front with us on our home search. She showed us houses in our price range and was very aware of each residence’s pertinent information. The house we did find was a perfect fit and Katie knew if before we even saw it. All of the paperwork and closing was handled in a timely manner. Katie and her assistant were always there for me when I needed help or information. They even followed through after the closing to make sure that our family is still happy with our purchase and relocation.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest!
When we decided to move to Durango and purchase a home, we asked several people in Durango to recommend a real estate agent. Katie's name was always mentioned first. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Katie and found her to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. She was always able to answer our questions. If she didn't know for certain, she would have the needed information within hours. We can honestly say that working with Katie was most enjoyable. We found our dream home!
We found our dream home, and it was a result of the hard work of Katie and Camille. Although it took us quite a while to find what we were looking for, they were there for us every step of the way.
