Very good beginner drumming class. We learned a good rhythm fast, and sounded good. Nick is a really good teacher. Will come back again.

I have been doing a long de-tox program with Celeste and the infrared sauna is a key part of it. I've been using it 2-3 a week, and I LOVE sitting in there and sweating it all out. A full hour later and I feel like a new person. People are commenting on how good my skin looks.

I am an out of state massage therapist who grew up in Mancos, CO. I purchased my mother a gift cert for a massage through the internet for Christmas. She got her massage and LOVED it!! They took very good care of her and even gave her extra pampering! Much appreciated to know that my mom was taken care of! I can't wait to meet the folks at Kaleidoscope Wellness my next visit home! -Thanks guys!!!

Float tank
I had the absolute pleasure of another session in the flotation tank. My experiences in the tank have been like effortless meditation, my body totally relaxes and my monkey mind gradually slows down. I feel happy and light when I get out.

Great Experience
My experience in the klotation(isolation) tank has been great! I am using it to improve my meditation practice, but there are other benefits as well. I am also attending Richard's Monday Kuwdalihi yoga class and am benefiting from his deep connection to this practice. In short, Kaleidoscope is the right thing at the right time in this community(Mancos).

Great Experience
I've never done self-health stuff before. Always kept my eyes open for instant results with aliments. I thought yoga was way too involved for me(can't touch my toes!) Celeste showed me a great and it worked--pain free since.
