Tough market, great realtor!

Justin makes buying & selling a smooth process
Justin helped us with both selling our previous home and buying our new home. Even in a slow housing market, Justin’s efforts were able to attract interest in the home we were selling so that we almost always had showings, and after dedication and persistence, the home sold in the price range that we had expected and that he had predicted. Justin’s advice was very valuable in getting our home ready to sell and to make it an attractive property to prospective buyers, at a fair price. We always received positive feedback from the other realtors and prospective buyers. In our new home hunt, Justin was always able to make himself available to show us properties that we were interested in, and always kept us up to date with new houses coming onto the market, and changes in prices on homes. And when it came time to make an offer on a house, his advice was very helpful in getting a great home at a great price. Justin’s help made both buying and selling processes very smooth, and his professional real estate advice was greatly appreciated through it all.
