My work is in insurance, a field that takes a lot of training and continuing education. After a couple meetings with Joe, I could have easily thought he had worked in insurance as well. Joe just gets it. His business acumen is spot on. Joe has the ability to get to the meat of the subject at hand in a quick and efficient way. He is super likable and easy to communicate with. I have no problem referring anyone to Joe Clair, again and again.

It's Always a Pleasure to Work with Joe Clair

As publishers of Homes & Land of Southwest Colorado, we have had a lot of fun working with Joe Clair for the last two years. Amazing at what he does

Joe Clair is an amazing person. He's honest. He's Creative. He's a hard worker. And he just happens to be in the Real Estate business. One of the main differences between Joe and a lot of his colleagues is they are trying to sell houses, he's helping people find homes. A problem solver in the true sense of the word, you'd be smart to have Joe on your team.

Joe Clair knows reality. He worked with my Grandma to sell her house and I was amazed at how much knowledge he was able to share in a way that we could all understand and benefit from. My Grandma's house sold in less than three months. I would encourage anyone interested in buying or selling a house to sit down with Joe first and allow him to educate you. Joe is confident, realistic, and compassionate and will work hard to meet your needs!

A True Resource

If you want a realtor who is a true resource and full of information for you to make your own decision Joe is right for you. He helped our business renew and lock in a new lease for the going rate. He supplied us with numerous comps that would have been great environments for our business and counseled us on which road to take yet more importantly empowered us to make the decision. Joe is the only realtor for our family because he keeps the big picture in mind. I cannot fathom anyone having anything less than an exceptional experience with him. Thank you Joe

In my business and personal dealings with Joe I have always been impressed with his helpful nature. He wants his relationships to be beneficial for all involved. I'm a newly divorced single mom,looking for a new home. To be honest, I had NO idea what I was looking for when I walked in to Joe Clair's office. Joe took the time to walk me through all possible scenarios - finding the right amenities, neighborhood, school district, and financing. Joe has answered every question I've had,and we are still working to narrow down all the possibilities. I know I made the right choice - and going with Joe will be the right choice for you too!

After googling the 4 corners region for a good Realtor we contacted Mr. Clair asking him to look into selling our property. He told he would get back to us after the weekend. No response. Called and left a reminder message in case he lost our phone number. Two weeks later no response. Not impressed.

We're working with Joe Clair to sell our home and upgrade to a newer one. He's the best Realtor in Durango, CO in my opinion. He not only showed us great new listings, but he's helping us with financing options. I'm glad Joe Clair is in my corner.
