When we first saw the property you had listed, we were immediately taken with the area and so were ready to make allowances for the interior, but when we first saw the condition, we were not so sure. As you well know there was more garbage in that house than we had ever seen before. The conditions of the house, with bad paint job, no base boarding, bathrooms that looked awful and broken windows, gave us a very bad feeling. However, you assured us that it would be good by the time we wanted to move in. What you all accomplished was nothing short of a miracle. How you managed to remove all the debris, redid the bathrooms, replaced the windows, redid the paint job and created the baseboards was astounding. We simply couldn't believe that it was the same interior and you did it in two weeks. As you told us, there is more to be done, but we have no doubt that it will occur.The owner should be very thankful to you for what you did, as the other properties we looked at were in the ready state, but not as good as you all did. Again, thank you for the miracle.

We have been working with Harmony Real Estate for our property management for 2 years and can't recommend a more reputable company to work with. Mike McAliney and Gordon Rhodes are great property managers and renovation specialists; I don't know where we would be without them. Our property has always been rented in this very competetive environment and feel very lucky to be working with these 2 great guys.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Gordon Rhodes has helped me with both large and small property maintenance projects. He is consisently honest, reliable and hard-working, and the quality of his work is outstanding. I would not work with anybody else.

Excellent Property Mgmt Services
Gordon made renting our condo easy. He has done everything - from interviewing potential tenants, collecting rent, internal maintenance, coordinating external maintenance, etc. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Harmony for your rental property needs.
