Ok, I admit it. I'm a coffee geek. When I lived in the SF Bay Area I got spoiled by Blue Bottle and Ritual. I was lucky to have Seth at Old Bisbee Coffee Roasters when I moved to AZ and now I'm fortunate to have Matt at Fahrenheit "only" 90 miles from my new digs in Utah. Like the others mentioned above, he doesn't over roast the beans and gets the most out of each batch.

Outstanding beans! Matt does not sell old, rancid coffee that most folks do!

Get your coffee made by the guy who roasted it! I commute between Durango and Mancos, and most days I skip coffee in Durango and wait for Fahrenheit. Great people, unpretentious vibe, nice location. Not like Central Perk with big couches, but comfortable enough. Sitting outside spring through fall is great - especially with a creamy and strong-as-hell iced coffee. They also sell a small selection of good eats (e.g. burritos made with locally-pastured meats) - but this could be expanded. Now the business I work at buys their coffee exclusively from Fahrenheit, because it's as good or better than anything else we can get in the area.

I kid you not. Fahrenheit has the best coffee in Colorado. Matt adheres to strict quality standards and never sells a bag of coffee older than 10 days out of the roaster. I am excited for their new location on 201 Grand Ave in Mancos. Expect nothing but the best.
