Before this magazine came out I had thought I might start a blog about local food... Sheesh, it soon became glaringly evident I could not possibly cover all the territory necessary in my free time. Enter Edible San Juan... Thank You! Local food is so important, and the best part is certainly the rich stories behind every meal. I look forward to all your future issues and the amazing photos that bring our food sources to life!
