Looking for a home to rent long term in Durango I browsed reviews on the rental managment businesses. Obviously they all are terrible. No thanks Durango.

This property management is not anything but a pain. They will do everything that they can to keep all of your deposit. take pictures of everything when you move in, if you are brave enough. They told us on our moving out statment that it toook 21 hours to clean the stove ...in is a glass top that i cleaned before i left. Just be very careful

Horrible company. All they do is LIE LIE LIE. I have been nothing but lied to since moving in to my place 3 months ago. We were told we could use a storage shed in the back yard before we even signed the lease here. They have since told us to remove our stuff from the shed and when I argued that they told us we could use it and didnt remove my stuff they had a sheriff show up and tell me to move it. They told us a thermostat was to be installed the day we moved in. That didnt happen until month 2 of living here. They said we would have free wifi while living here, that hasnt happened and its month 4 now. They dont respond to emails because they know they are LIARS. They charge us for the neighbors dogs pooping in our yard and i know its not the dog here because i clean up after the dog here everytime and have seen the neighbors 4 dogs running around here. There is a table in my kitchen that they LIED about moving out of here the day we moved in too. That table is still here and its month 4 now. If I cant use the storage shed they should at least take this table out that they said they would instead of LYING to me. If you want to be ripped off and live a terrible 6 months of life or longer and feel uncomfortable living in a place that cost $1075 a month then Durango Property Management is for you.
