I found out about Doug's Auto Body when I dropped off a colleague to collect his vehicle a year ago. Right away I was impressed with the excellent customer service and exceptionally clean office and shop. I thought if I ever needed auto body work, I would go there. I recently had someone back into my vehicle, and had the pleasure of dealing with Doug's Auto Body on a first hand basis. Again, they were very customer oriented, gave me excellent service, and repaired my car quickly. They even washed my car!! I highly recommend them.

I really love these guys. The gave me a great estament on the spot, repaired the vehicle as requested and were on time. I will take all my repairs to them!

Well, I have to take issue with the last reviewer. On one repair they did for me, fast, right on their estimate, you couldn't tell the car had ever been damaged. On another occasion, they recommended against a repair I inquired about saying it would just not be worth it (for an older car). And today, I asked for some advice on making a fiberglass repair. It wasn't something they would do, but gave me great advice on how to do it, and even ordered the supplies for me to do it. They are top notch in my book!

unfriendly
The guys up front, maybe Doug himself and some other guy were rude and seemed angry. Not good service. I own a BMW and they just seemed preoccupied with something else and didn't really care much.
