It was nothing but a pleasure to do busines with Custom Window Coverings. I first spoke with them and the Durango Home and Garden show about 6 years ago. Our window covering project was a long way in the future at that time. Gail, from CWC, would call me once or twice a year just to see if we were ready. She was always courteous, NEVER pushy or a hard sell. When the time came,I was eager to call. Dan came out to the house to take measurements and show the product. He worked with us to get us the best product for our price range, and gave us some discounts. I felt that the price we paid for the excellent product we got was VERY fair and reasonable. AJ was the installer. His work was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Custom Window Coverings to anybody who is looking for a great quality product with lots of variety to choose from. The staff is friendly, fair, and extremely professional. Lettin' the sun shine in in Vallecito!

Exceptional customer service! I have been using Custom Window’s for YEARS! I continue to remain a fan of Custom Windows because of their detail to quality work and customer service. I used them in my first home in Durango, and now in my Pagosa home. When I needed assistance with a broken shade they drove all the way over and provided prompt and professional service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for ways to richen up their windows with quality craftsmanship and service. Thank you, Brenda
