I recently had to make a rush trip to New york for work, I immediately called over to Cortez Travel and John was on the ball! Got the message passed and within an hour I had tickets and an AMAZING price and even got to leave from a nearby airport instead of driving 5 hours! Thanks to Cortez Travel, whom I've used several times, I will always trust my travel arrangements to an agent. Courteous and knowledgeable and even looked for alternate flights when I had mechanical problems on my current flight. Thanks Kelly and John!
