terrible place to get a massage
I had a terrible massage at Core Value. I like other things about the place but would never return for a massage. Lots of good massage therapists in Durango but not at Core Value.

Great facility, wonderful staff!
In 20+ years of doing fitness classes, I've never been to a club that could begin to compare with the knowledge, talent and supportive attitude of Core Value's trainers. It's always a pleasure to work out there -- great facility, wonderful staff!

All I have to say is 5 inches!
All I have to say is 5 inches! I have lost 5 inches in my waist! Anyone that knows me knows that I have struggled with foot injures. I dont believe that I could have gotten this far in any other enviroment. If they can help me get closer to my goal they can help you reach yours! Thanks Kim

Kim Oliger is a personal friend of mine and she is always consistent and motivating in her professional life and upbeat and encouraging in her personal life. I have found a place for me!
If I can get excited to JUMP out of bed at 5:30 in the morning to get to spin class, or grunt like an animal in pilates class and not be intimidated, I have found a place for me. Thank you Kim and everyone else at Core Value for creating such a great environment for health and fitness!

Zumba classes!
I've tried a number of different kinds of exercise classes at several places over the years, and I just attended my first Zumba class this morning. I had so much fun, and enjoyed it so much, I purchased a 10-punch class pass today. I'm looking forward to the next classes and getting into better shape for the summer. Thank you!

The best program I've ever done!
This has been the BEST program I've ever done! I've been on this roller coaster ride of weight loss and exercise for twenty some years and feel like the combination of the diet and exercise regiment you do at Core Value really works. It started out as 3 months of commitment that has now become a part of my life now. I'm in the mind set now that I'm never going back to that unhealthy lifestyle, it feels great to be fit!! Thank you for being there for us always with a smile on your faces. What inspirational, kind, caring people you all are.
