Reconstruction
Construction by Design recently repaired the significant damage to my home caused by a sewer backup. This required the replacement of drywall, carpeting, tile, and trim, and repainting the entire first floor. There was always good communication and professionalism, the work was finished on-time and on-budget, and the result is excellent. I recommend them highly.

Construction By Design did a great job on my room remodeling. Mike T. was very responsive to my calls and requests, made sure the sub-contractors (electrical and plumbing) were on time and on target, paid strict attention to detail, and was very diligent in ensuring the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend CBD to anyone considering remodeling work.

Mike and Kyle with Construction by Design have done numerous construction and remodel jobs for me, most recently a remodel at one of my rentals, see photo. They opened up the wall between dining/kitchen and family room and greatly improved the property. They are always prompt, clean and detail oriented. I can whole heartedly recommend Construction by Design.
