Lived here since '04 and have always liked the beer and food. However the only time I patronize Carver's when it's someone else's choosing. Generally (not always, but often) be prepared to be treated like a tourist unless you're on a first name basis with the staff. I never get this vibe at any of the other breweries in town except Carvers.

Carver's is a great community supporter and a great place for our Bigs and Littles to enjoy meals together. We definitely recommend them!

Carvers is a great business with great customer appreciation. After speaking up about a few bad experiences I had there, the General Manager contacted me personally and asked how he could help. He offered to make things right and hoped I would give them another chance. It was very professional of him to reach out like he did and help remedy the situation. I have loved Carvers ever since I moved to Durango in '02 and am happy to say I am still a big fan. My wife and I went back recently and had a great experience. Glenn took excellent care of us and the food and beer was awesome as usual. Thanks Mike, you guys are doing a great job down there. keep up the great work.

Very disappointed. Carvers was once a good place to go, not any more. I have been eating at Carvers for over 10 years and the last three times have been horrible. Our waitress added 18% gratuity to our tab when there was only 4 of us and wouldn't take it off when we questioned it. The last time we went in, were sat and watched our waitress walk by our table several times with out even acknowledging us, after sitting there for ten minutes we got up and left. It's too bad because I like the food and beer but I will never eat there again due to the HORRIBLE service.

Great Breakfasts
We go here for our monthly staff meeting in the morning. They are always extremely accommodating and we all love the food and coffee. A great place to hang out with fantastic food.
