Blondie's has excellent customer service and high class products. I am very satisfied with the performance and quality of all the products and the friendly service that I get when I walk in the door. Bottom line I would recommend Blondie's anytime, anywhere, and to anyone.

Dot placed an order for front seat covers that were delayed by the manufacturer. She loaned me covers for a trip I had planned, installing them. Upon my return she installed my belated covers and a cargo liner. I am so pleased.

Very Dissatisfied
We ordered custom tailored seat covers for our family vehicle. Not only were the covers tailored incorrectly for our vehicle type, they also where not prepared with the correct material. It is in my opinion that our service was not handled in a professional manner (i.e. a phone call to verify that we approved the change in materials or any other type of action to rectify the situation.)

Great Products and Expertise
Blondie (Dorthy) really knows her products. Her custom seat cover prices are cheaper than Internet prices and you can actually touch and feel the custom materials before you buy. Dorthy is also a genuine, nice lady, and you get the feeling she just wants to help. I went in there looking for custom vinyl seat covers. She talked me into the less expensive sheep skins, even though it meant less profit for her. Custom Seat Covers are way less expensive than getting your upholstery replaced. I drive old cars, but I want them to be respectable, even if some seams are split. I'll use Blondie's Pit Stop for my custom upholstery and auto carpet / floor mats as long as I live here in Durango.
