Great Hotel
Stay here ever week in Durango and would not stay any place else. Ginny, Kieth, Mary Kay, Annie, Pat and Gracyn are always pleasant and accommodating. Thanks for a great time.

The customer service, from the front desk to the breakfast/happy hour, servers were EXCELLENT! I've been in customer service my whole life, and they are by far some of the best I have found!

This motel is the best in Durango. The location is great and the personnel treat you like old friends. I really appreciate the hospitality I receive at Best Wester Rio Grande.

Loved the welcome drinks and snacks. Best breakfast--love the fruit, waffles and whipped cream. Very comfortable beds. Great job--thanks.
