Although I love the leather items they offer, the customer service after the sale is lacking. I took a purse in and wanted the strap shortened - it would have to go to their factory in Mexico (???) and had no idea how long it would take. Are there not decent leather workers right here in Colorado??? I think there are..... sorry, doubtful I will purchase there again.
