Birth Story Using HypnoBirthing
I awoke at 3am having surges (contractions) but did not think it was the real thing. I turned on my HypnoBirthing CD and went back to sleep for an hour and a half. When I awoke I told my husband that I thought this was the real thing. We both were ske[tical because it was not painful!By 8:30am it was time to go to the hospital. When checked I was fully dilated and effaced. My doctor was called but by that time my beautiful daughter was on her way out. HypnoBirthing was an amazing experience for both myself and my husband. It was so easy and so relaxing and I had the most incredible high for the rest of day. This was a natural high that I can not even explain. I now tell all my friends that HypnoBirthing is something they should look into for a peaceful, relaxed birth. Thank you. Ruth

Wonderful doula, wonderful woman!
Sonja was our doula for the births of both of our children. We can not imagine giving birth without her! Her knowledge experience and spirit are, in our opinion, unmatched in our town. Her family approach included my husband and later our first son in the preparation sessions for our birth. Hypnotherapy sessions prepared me for labor and a wonderful birthing experience, in partnership with my baby and my husband. Sonja was there for all of us throughout the pregnancies and the deliveries and beyond. Sonja is a dedicated and experienced doula as well as a loving and authentic person. Her knowledge of births under virtually every circumstance and her familiarity with the hospital system and staff make her an invaluable asset during delivery. Her presence at the births of our children was a calming and very special gift. I highly suggest that you meet with Sonja and consider her as your doula.

Endurance Hypnotherapy
I visited Sonja Parker for a hypnotherapy session to help me in conjunction with a bicycle training program I am doing. I have enrolled to do the Iron Horse bike tour, something I would have never imagined I would be involved with. I felt like I could do the physical part of the race but the mental part of it would be hard for me. Sonja, after listening to my hesitation and worries about the race made me a hypnotherapy audio track to listen to at night. I know that I will succeed on race day not just through physical training but mental training that Sonja has helped me with. It has given me confidence and endurance that is priceless.
