The newest Sushi restaurant in the region is located in the historic Wilson Building in downtown Cortez at 16 West Main.

Stonefish Sushi and More offers noodle and rice Phat  Bowls, beef, chicken and salmon dinner entrees, as well as the Stonefish Your Children are Welcom Menu, a  lighthearted childrens’ menu with cool items like the PBJ roll.
