Two sides to every story.  The hostess referred to by this customer as the “blond bimbo”, whom he wanted “her head served on a charger”, was verbally threatened and abused.  Berating the hostess with a raised and threatening voice in front of the other customers is not the way to deal with a problem or miscommunication.  The statement “I received the worst service ever. And I’m a local” is troubling. This certainly sends the wrong message to the thousands of tourists that visit our town each year.  We at Steamworks do our best to treat ALL customers with respect and dignity, something this so-called free lance writer obviously has a difficult time accomplishing.
