Free your being during this independence season
During this summer season we often celebrate our countries independence and freedom. This is a proud time for us all if we allow it in, yet there is an even more proud aspect that we can acknowledge during this time.
I am talking about freeing ourselves from disconnection in life. Being on autopilot in life and in our body.
Say no to:
- stress overcoming your life
- go go go energy
- status quo
- settling in life in any category
Say yes to:
- taking care of yourself
- slowing down so you can be the driver in your own life
- your highest ideal
- your highest potential.
We are conscious choosers of what we truly want to embrace in our lives. In this holiday season embrace your freedom from all the stress in life and acknowledge that you and your life are much more than any stress.
Take these five action steps to help you start to create your own personal freedom.
- Be proactive with your health care rather than reactive
- Communicate your feelings openly and honestly
- Spend quality time with our youth and elders
- Acknowledge aspects in your life that you appreciate, are beautiful, or amaze you
- Do things that bring out your inner child
